1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Smart Cleaning Services Cyprus ("the Company") to clients ("you" or "the Client") in the Republic of Cyprus. By booking a service you agree to these terms.

2. Services

The Company provides biological and professional cleaning services including residential, office, sofa, carpet, mattress, car interior, and other cleaning services as described on our website. All services are performed using eco-friendly biological products.

3. Bookings & Confirmations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when the Client receives a written or electronic confirmation from the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are as quoted at the time of booking or as agreed in writing. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with the Cyprus VAT Law (Cap. 347). Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Transactions Law of Cyprus (Law 123(I)/2012).

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service value. Rescheduling requests are accepted free of charge provided at least 24 hours notice is given. The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Access & Client Obligations

The Client must ensure access to the premises at the agreed time. The Client is responsible for removing fragile, irreplaceable, or valuable items from areas to be cleaned. The Client must disclose any health, safety, or access hazards to the Company before the service.

7. Liability

The Company carries public liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion. The Company's liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service provided. The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Liability is excluded for indirect, consequential, or special damages to the extent permitted by Cyprus law.

8. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing to info@smartcleaningservices.com.cy within 48 hours of service completion. The Company will investigate and respond within 5 working days. Disputes not resolved amicably may be referred to the Consumer Protection Service of Cyprus.

9. Data Protection

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Cyprus Data Protection Law (Law 125(I)/2018) administered by the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available at smartcleaningservices.com.cy/terms.
